- 1 scoop protein powder (I think I got mine at Walmart)
- 2 red apples (I peeled, cored, and diced them into medium sized chunks)
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (I scoop mine into an ice cube tray and freeze to have on hand for smoothies, I used two "ice cubes" worth)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 5 almonds, raw (didn't add this)
- approx 1 cup nonfat milk
And blend! Yumm-o!
