Hawaiian Hay Stacks

Shelisa (my sister) made this for dinner last night and I thought it was good.

2 cups white rice
2 cans cooked chicken (found by tuna in the grocery store)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can crushed pineapple
3 TBS coconut
handful of crunchy chow mein noodles

1. Cook white rice according to package directions.

2. In medium sauce pan compine canned chicken and cream of chicken soup. Heat until warm.

3. Stack rice, chicken mixture and remaining ingredients, either as individual servings or all together in a medium-sized pan.

Yep, that easy, such a quick dinner for one of those nights where you really don't have much time to cook. This is really good with some steamed fresh veggies!
